Pathetic service for a period of a month my order got printed twice and still hasn’t been mailed to be. I regret printing a book for my mom on Mother’s Day. It’s a gift she never received.

Easy to use app. Quality of my first book was good. Happy

bought 12 frames
very poor quality they say it is a glass but it plastic ! the quality of the picture is so bad it looks like a photocopy you would do at home
the frames have at places bruises as well
and all of that for 142€!!!! it is a theft ! never buy that 😡

There was an error in my first book order . Customer service order a reprint with no hassle at all and I received it today. It is perfect . I would definitely recommend Popsa for their quality of work and Customer Service

I’m not the most tech savvy.. but I find using the Popsa site v easy .. plenty of template options and easy to adjust photos to fit etc.
Have used before and will again , excellent quality photo books .

I've ordered many times from POPSA and each time I love the product, I've given them as gifts and people are amazed, it's easy, fast and delivery is quick.

I was happy with the whole process which was easier than expected.
Only one point...once the photo was on the grid...i would've like to be able to position it to my needs....centred..or off centre. I couldn't do that.
Otherwise all good.

This is still the most straightforward and intuitive app of its kind that I’ve tried. It’s easy to find all the options. There is a really wide choice of colours and layouts to choose from but not so many that it becomes confusing and cluttered. I like the fact that you can have a page with just text, a feature I will need on my next project. Also if you do have any questions the customer service team are really helpful and reply very quickly.

Straight forward to use, apart from replacing a photo. it would be handy if photos could be shuffled around on a page. Also being able to write text underneath each photo.

There are a lot of layouts options. The pictures are set up automatically when you chose them but you have the option to interchange pictures from one spot to another. I would like it better if we had the full capacity to crop and adjust the pictures in the boxes. I like the 3D preview before ordering. It gives you a good idea of what the book will look like when you receive it. Great experience!

The software was very easy to use, I was able to deliver the perfect memory. 😊

So quick and easy to use and price is very good compared to some of the others on the market. Quality is excellent as this is my second time purchasing

I had several 8 x 10 photos that were printed in a portrait format that had to be scanned in a landscape format. I wanted them scanned in a portrait format. That didn't seem possible according to your design guidelines. I also had several 4 x 6 landscape shots and wanted two to a page and according to my tutor, that didn't seem possible. I also had simple titles under each photo and couldn't print them in a larger font. Having seen a sample of your work, however, I was most impressed with the quality of your work.

The set up for the book was easier than expected
The process from start to receiving the finished product was phenomenal
And the finished book was the best. Can’t wait to share it with my kiddos and their parents
